ARES reviews the organization, football use case, team size, data requirements, confidentiality needs, and specific pilot goal.

2. Configure

An approved workspace receives seat limits, member roles, confidentiality controls, success criteria, and a fixed pilot end date.

3. Operate

Members build shared shortlists, assign player reviews, preserve notes, create reports, and record outcomes.

4. Decide

ARES and the club review measured usage, workflow feedback, time saved, decisions influenced, and willingness to continue.

ARES is one research input. It does not guarantee a transfer, signing, contract, player fit, future performance, employment result, medical outcome, official valuation, or scouting decision. ARES Score and Market Score remain analytical signals and must be reviewed with live scouting, medical, contractual, financial, and football judgment.
