Signed-in users can export current account data and delete an account from Account. Newsletter subscribers can use Substack’s unsubscribe control. Use this form when self-service does not address the request, when you need a factual or rights correction, or when you need ARES to investigate.

What happens next
- The service validates and rate-limits the request.
- A reference number is returned and the request enters the governed legal-request queue.
- ARES may request information needed to verify identity, ownership, authority, or the specific record.
- The request is evaluated under applicable law, source rights, public-interest considerations, contractual obligations, security requirements, and lawful exceptions.
- ARES records the outcome, correction, restriction, or reason a request could not be completed.
Submitting a form does not guarantee a requested result. ARES will not disclose another person’s private information or remove information it is legally required or permitted to preserve.
Helpful evidence by category
- Football correction: exact page, entity, field, correct value, date, and reliable source.
- Image rights: asset URL, ownership or authority, license concern, and requested action.
- Copyright or trademark: protected work or mark, location, rights-holder details, authorization, and good-faith statement.
- Account request: account email and sufficient information to verify control without sending a passwordless code to another person.
- Privacy right: requested right and the jurisdiction or region relevant to the request.
Safety
Do not submit passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, scouting reports containing unnecessary personal information, or other secrets through this form. ARES will request additional verification through an appropriate channel when necessary.
